I’ve been an iGaming enthusiast since 2019 and at the end of 2021, I had the opportunity to shift from my e-commerce CRM role to my new challenge at iGaming. In my first year, thanks to the CEO at the time, Nicolas, I had the freedom to try many successful things and many other things that didn’t work, increasing my knowledge about iGaming in 1 year more than anything I ever learnt in my life, reaching the point that today in 2024 I have my small consultancy CRM business to share some of my experience, now I’m ready to help you improve your customer retention with my own hands, by being your manager and leading your team to great results.
